Reflecting the ethnic mix of the region, our team is multi-cultural & diverse, consisting of individuals from the U.K., India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Sudan and Yemen. With most of these individuals being fairly young, initiative and innovation is greatly encouraged by the management. Over and above that, cross-training and job rotation among the staff promotes organizational flexibility and also broadens their base of skills and knowledge thereby enabling them to respond more quickly and efficiently, adapting well to changing client needs.

Our extensive combined experience and exposure to specialist lines of insurance have gained us recognition not only locally, but with the international markets too. Our clients and suppliers value our recommendations and often turn to us for advice on tailoring solutions apart from arranging reinsurance support for local as well as some regional insurance companies.

Over the years, collectively, we have handled and settled thousands of claims from a trivial motor accident to a complex marine, engineering or legal liability.
