Since its humble beginning in 1999, MIBCO has rapidly expanded, not only in the number of its staff, but also in terms of its customer base.  It is this steady growth n the number of our customers that has prompted us to develop into a one-stop supplier for all insurance needs.

Our Personal Lines category of customers is in itself extensive, ranging from those who purchase travel insurance at a premium as low as AED 95/- to individuals who own mansions, luxury cars or yachts and purchase insurance for these with annual premiums in excess of AED 100.000/-.  The wide spectrum of individuals who trust us on their personal insurance needs has been a motivating factor for us to broaden our expertise and product range to suit every unique need.

Our Life & Medical Department, though fairly new, has doubled it’s portfolio over the past year.  Our product range in this category has attracted a variety of customers from individuals with financial planning requirements to corporate giants requiring medical protection for hundreds of employees.

Our Commercial Lines customer base comprises of small to medium sized shops, offices and restaurants, as well as international companies involved in the imports, exports, manufacturing, trading, construction, engineering and transportation fields.  Our cost effective solutions which a friendly but professional touch has earned us market leadership in the Commercial Lines segment.

Our Specialist Lines of insurance specifically attracts individuals and companies in professional/specialist field.  These are clients with slightly more complex risks and protection requirements as compared to our other customers.  Catering to their individual needs, though challenging, gives us the opportunity to do what we do best – tap our international contacts to arrange for tailor-made solutions to these unique risks.
